CONTROLLI OCULOPATIE - ophthalmology examination on line reservation

Saturday afternoon , the Sovi Veterinary Dott. Mertel from Milano will be at the partecipants 
disposal  for the ophthalmology examination.
Price each dog will be 30  euro ( minimum of 20 dogs )
All the tests will be in the full respect of the privacy .
The Club will not be informed about the  examination  results !!!.
Sorry but also for this event we need  reservation  and payement in advance !!!Thanks

per effettuare controlli ufficiali per le oculopatie (cataratta, ecc)
Il costo è di € 30,00 a soggetto, min. 20 soggetti.
Gli esami oculistici verranno effettuati nel pieno rispetto della privacy, nulla circa i risultati
verrà comunicato al Club.
Anche per questo evento si richiede la prenotazione, ed il pagamento anticipato.
